Every LC Sign is wrapped in protective bubble wrap, secured with custom foam padding, and shipped in sturdy, heavy-duty wooden crates or reinforced corrugated boxes to guarantee it arrives in pristine condition.
Can I expedite my order if I have a grand opening coming up?
Yes! If you are on a strict deadline for an event or store opening, please let us know during the quoting process.

What happens if my sign is damaged in transit?
While extremely rare due to our rigorous packaging standards, shipping accidents can happen.
All of our shipments are fully insured. If your sign arrives damaged, simply take photos of the box and the damaged sign within 24 hours of delivery and contact us. We will fast-track a replacement at absolutely no extra cost to you.

Are your signs suitable for outdoor use?

While we make beautiful indoor signs, we also manufacture fully weather-resistant outdoor signs.
If your sign will be placed outside, please specify this when ordering. We will build it using UV-resistant materials, waterproof power supplies, and IP67/IP68 rated LEDs to withstand rain, wind, and sun.

Do your signs come with a warranty?
We stand by our factory-direct quality.
All LC Signs come with a comprehensive 2 to 5-years warranty (depending on the product type and indoor/outdoor rating). This covers all electrical components, LEDs, and power supplies.
If a component fails under normal use, we will provide replacement parts or a repair solution free of charge.
Is it difficult to install my custom sign?
Not at all. We design our signs with easy installation in mind. Most of our LED neon signs and indoor displays are "plug-and-play."
- For wall mounting: We include pre-drilled holes, standoff mounts, and screws.
- For hanging: We supply the necessary suspension wire kits. You will usually only need a drill, a measuring tape, and a standard power outlet.
What hardware is included with my order?
Every order includes all standard installation hardware, a compatible power adapter, and a transparent mounting template (for individual 3D letters).
If you opted for a dimmer or remote control during the customization process, that will be included in the box as well.
Do you provide installation services?
