Custom Signage Package for Arena Sports Bar & Lounge

Overview

LC Sign partnered with a local signage contractor to manufacture a custom signage package for the rebranding of a commercial business. The project included four sign units across three signage types: an exterior sign combining backlit letters with a face-lit light box, an indoor 3D infinity mirror sign, and two fabricated stainless steel signs .

The four sets combined stainless steel, acrylic, and aluminum components, with different lighting and finishing methods used across the project.

Context

The project supported the rebranding of Seven Sports Bar to Arena Sports Bar & Lounge. As part of the rebrand, the signage needed to carry the new visual identity across both exterior and interior applications.

Challenges

Color consistency across different materials: With components spanning stainless steel, acrylic, and aluminum across four units, maintaining a consistent titanium gold appearance required strict finish matching despite the diverse underlying materials.

Coordination Across Different Sign Types: The signage package combined backlit letters, a face-lit light box, an infinity mirror sign, and fabricated stainless steel signs. Each sign involved different construction, lighting, and component requirements while needing to maintain a consistent overall visual identity.

Integration with the Existing Exterior: The exterior sign needed to integrate with the existing building facade while keeping the raceway and supporting structure visually coordinated with the surrounding exterior.

Process

1. Finish Matching

Applied an electroplated titanium gold mirror finish to the stainless steel components of the exterior sign and the solid metal signs. The indoor infinity mirror sign used translucent gold and mirror acrylic to complement the titanium gold finish used on the metal components. The aluminum raceway of the exterior sign was custom-painted PANTONE 7541 C to coordinate with the building facade, helping the supporting structure integrate visually with the existing exterior.

2. Application-Specific Components

Components were selected according to the intended application and construction. The exterior sign was equipped with waterproof LED modules for outdoor use, while mounting hardware and other accessories were matched to each sign's structural requirements.

3. Production

The four sign units were fabricated according to their individual dimensions, materials, lighting specifications, and mounting requirements.

4. Packing & Shipment

The three indoor sign units were combined into shipping packages according to the customer's requirements, while the larger exterior sign was packed separately for safer handling and transportation.

Outcome

Comprehensive Signage Package Delivery:

The project was successfully delivered as a cohesive, ready-to-install signage package. It bridged complex exterior illumination and indoor architectural features into a single, synchronized rollout, complete with customized packaging that accommodated the distinct structural needs of both the large exterior unit and the interior components.

Visual Consistency:

Despite the differences in materials, construction methods, and lighting, the four sign units maintained a consistent titanium gold color palette and overall visual style.

Insight

For commercial rebranding projects, maintaining a consistent visual identity does not require every sign to use the same construction. Different sign types can serve different applications while still working together through coordinated colors, finishes, materials, and lighting.
